Franke & Shields, LLC Says Good-bye To A Dear Friend

Paul O'Byne 1957-2008

On Sunday, November 16th, our dear friend, Paul O'Byrne passed after a two year battle with cancer. Paul inspired our firm to step away from the traditional accounting approach and challenged us to relentlessly find ways to add value to our clients' and our colleagues' businesses. He traveled all over the world, despite his battle with cancer to teach others how to bring value to their firm environment and to their clients as well.

Paul always said he wanted to change the world. The irony was, he changed it for the better with each person he met and was too modest a man to realize it.

The members and staff at Franke & Shields, LLC will miss him dearly and will continue to honor his memory by carrying out our mission to bring value to all those we touch as well.
